The new section of metro line from Matinkylä to Kivenlahti opened its doors last December.

The Hebrew word Polin means either “Poland” or “rest here” and it deeply relates to the history of Jews in Poland.

Sami Saastamoinen

is a photographer based in Helsinki, Finland. Majority of his interest goes to architectural, interior and build environment photography. He wants to show the buildings as breathing objects in synergy with it’s users, materials and light. Narrative behind the photo is where his focus goes to.
